** Thankyou all for your advice I have decided to refund and cancel order. As it would be the best thing for my shop **

After some advice… Someone has placed an order with me and not put all the information required for personalisation. I contacted her ASAP to ask for the rest of her personalisation. I messaged again 2 days later no response. She then messaged me back with just the year needed. And then I messaged again asking for the initials within minutes.

She is now asking for a refund because i cannot get this shipped on time.

What can I do? As I don’t think I should refund her as i have done all I can
