Question on Return Labels:
Today I sent out an order for a customer but in my follow up message to her, we realized she made a mistake in ordering.
I am happy to send her the right item but the other one is already on the way.
I’m thinking of sending her the correct item and then, when she’s received both, having her send the first back with a return label that I create in Etsy.
Does creating a return label automatically lead to any refunds?
Essentially we’re just doing an exchange.
I’ve just never had to do it before so not sure about best practices etc.
