Looking for some insight! I just got a my first 4 star review and I was wondering if there’s anything I could/should do about it, or leave it as is.
I sell stickers that state that they are matte and water-resistant in the title and description. I also have in the description that they can get wet, but that colors may fade with frequent water, soap or sun exposure. I actually print them on water proof vinyl, but list them as water-resistant to address that. I even give out a couple freebies and only sell them for around $4.
This customer wrote in the review that she was expecting them to be shiny/waterproof 😩
