It’s these kind of reviews that will impact sellers. It doesn’t violate Etsy Review policy so they won’t change or remove it – and I’m not asking for it to be removed but clearly the text/comments don’t align with the stars but it’s frustrating. I contacted the customer and she said it should have been 5 stars – I sent her instructions to edit it but she couldn’t figure out how to update it. UGH!
