How do y’all handle buyers giving the incorrect address and wondering why they don’t have their package? I want some options for a resolution.

I even originally double-checked to see if this was the correct address to ship to, she confirmed it was, and then a week later said the package never arrived. So I reminded her the previous conversation we had when I asked her to confirm the address and that the package shipped to the address she gave me. Well now she says that the address was incorrect and that the husband had it wrong.

I’m trying all I can do to go above and beyond to get address confirmation before shipping so I don’t have to continue to eat this cost. Any ideas welcome!
