How do I respond?
I have a new shop on Etsy and made my first sell. customer purchased wallet I shipped package on time but delivery company wasn’t unable to ship on time. they say because of COVID Chicago international airport works with delays , they don’t have enough employs. customer gave me 1 star review he thought I scammed him and stole his money. I explained situation to him , and told that he would definitely receive his purchase its just matter of time.
Tracking shows that he receive his package 2 weeks late, I wrote him message asking if he received his purchase, but I don’t get response.
I want to ask him to change a review but I don’t get response , It is my first review and it will look bad for shop for future customers, so how do I act? should I try to get in contact with him again? reply on his review or report to Etsy hope they remove it.
