Hey guys, I’m having some trouble with a customer so I’m here to ask for some advice. So a customer said they ordered this bookmark but I haven’t received the order yet. I did some research and it said that an order will sometimes take around 72 hours to be placed but it also said that I’ll get a notification about it. The customer said that the money for the bookmark was extracted but i didn’t get any emails of pending orders… The question is… Am I the one who’s supposed to get the pending order email or the customer? Has this ever happened to anyone else? Thanks for the help ❤️
