Hey all!
I have a “what would you do?” Question!
I have an order from a lady, it is a gender reveal. She left no customizations (which everything is listed exactly as they need to type out in the personalization to leave with your order).
I cannot complete her order without it… the gender, which is the point of the gifts!
I have messaged her on Etsy maybe 3-4 times in the last 11 days with no reply. I just tried emailing her using the email on file and it bounced back to me 😕 . Her account says “guest” next to her name and I’ve had plenty of orders like that in the past with no issues.
Would you just cancel the order? I have already created most of it minus the parts I cannot customize.
