Customer message me and said her tumbler was cracked in the bottom. I definitely did not ship it like that, and she said there is no damage to the packaging or the box the cup came in, which leads me to believe the cup was dropped. What would be the best way to respond to this? Note, she received the cup on Aug 9th and said she hasn’t even used it yet.
