As a CONSUMER, what do you do when the seller won’t acknowledge the issue? The item was a digital design that was not what was advertised. I want what was advertised or my money back. I’ve written three times with no response. I think I’ve been more than fair in my idea for a resolution. I don’t want to be harsh on the seller, but really……
